Our Materials


The roof systems we supply enable us to cover your area with one clear span, so there are no intermediate posts.
All our roofing options include all flashings, gutters and trims necessary to complete the project and ensure it is watertight.
Our steel components are manufactured with the strength and durability of genuine BHP Colorbond or One Steel coil.


image Beams

In all our designs we use Surelock beams by Ausdeck. Surelock beams are roll formed from heavy guage precoloured steel lead the industry in Engineering capability, meaning less posts and greater design possibilities. Surelock beams are available in cream, white, black and paperbark and the posts and gutter are available in all the standard Colorbond colours.

Also a flat roof design but with the roof falling back towards the house.

Post options include:

  • Powdercoated aluminium in 65mm or 90mm
  • Powdercoated steel
  • Pine
  • Kwilla in 90mm or 150mm
  • Recycled timber
  • Round columns
  • Brick piers

image Downpipes

The downpipes are either pre-coloured PVC of Colorbond steel.



image Gutters

Available in the full range of Colorbond colours in either a ‘squareline’ profile, traditional quad styles or ultra modern half round profiles.

image V-Line

Ausdeck V-Line is a single skin roofing system designed specifically for home improvement applications. It has excellent spanning capabilities, meaning less posts - giving an economical, strong and durable roofing solution.

Light strips can be inserted into the roof. They are 100mm wide and are made from Industrial grade Polycarbonate for long life. They give a soft diffuse light that wont heat up the area under the patio.

image Oasis

Oasis Insulated panels by Ausdeck are roof panels consisting of two layers of pre-finished steel bonded to a core of Polystyrene insulation. The top skin is profiled in either a corrugated (CGI) or square line (Trimdeck).

Insulated panel roofs will greatly reduce the heat build up under the patio. They are quieter, easier to clean than single skin roofs and give a modern, smooth finish. You can mount lights on them and walk on the roof for any future maintenance.

image Traditional

A traditional sheet steel roof gives you greater opportunity to match your existing home, using either a Trimdeck or Corrugated profile in the full range of Colorbond colours.

The corrugated option is a great way to bring that heritage look to your home

A traditional sheeted roof does require more framing to support it, but this means you have the benefit of being able to walk on the roof once completed.

image Polycarbonate

Laserlite 2000 polycarbonate roofing is light-weight, durable, has high impact resistance and offers 99.9% UV protection. It offers the most extensive range of profiles with transparent and translucent colours and is backed by a lifetime warranty.

Laserlite XPT is one of the most technologically advanced polycarbonate roofing products in the world. It’s special construction traps heat carrying infra red light and reflects it away from the sheet, whilst allowing visible light to pass through. It also protects you from 99.9% of harmful UV radiation. Laserlite XPT is available in a range of soft and subtle colours (cream, ivory and sage) and is backed by a lifetime warranty, offering you comfortable outdoor living and stylish, good looks for years to come.

Markalon Twinwall comes in a variety of colours and its special twinwall construction gives it excellent insulation qualities. It is 250 times stronger than glass and has a far greater lifespan than Acrylic or Fibreglass products.
