image Natural Timber

Our natural timber decking boards are fixed with CL3 Teks, avoiding all the problems associated with popping nails and splitting timber joists.

Our standard decking boards are standard or better grade Kwilla (also known as Merbau). Kwilla’s dense grain means it resists splintering and is hardwearing. The naturally oily finish also makes it highly resistant to rot and termites. Boards are available in either standard 93mm width or as an option the wider 140mm.

We also offer a choice of Australian grown and sustainable harvested hardwoods such as Spotted Gum and Forest Reds and Forest Lights. As well as being a more environmentally responsible choice the lighter colours have less bleed.

Modwood is a wood composite product giving you the look of wood without requiring repeated painting or staining during its lifetime. Modwood is made from recycled timbers and plastics so it looks and feels like wood but requires very little maintenance. It comes with a 10 year residential Warranty and is available in a range of colours.

To complement the Modwood composite decking we fix it to the steel frame using a concealed fixing system, Klevaklip. As there are no exposed screws or nails the Klevaklip gives a smooth deck surface that highlights the timber, it looks clean, tidy and uncluttered.
